Robert Olsen
Senior Managing Director
Global Head, Cybersecurity and Privacy
Robert Olsen is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, based in Baltimore. He is the Global Head, Cybersecurity and Privacy and has over 25 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing complex cybersecurity and information technology enterprise risk management programs. Bob has served as a chief information officer and chief information security officer for clients across a diverse set of industries and organizational sizes. He is a leader in the provision of reactive, data analytics, and proactive cybersecurity services to government, private industry, and not-for-profit clients. Bob is also a serial entrepreneur and adjunct professor, cybersecurity at Johns Hopkins University.
Jason Straight
Senior Managing Director

Jason Straight is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Privacy Officer at Ankura, based in New York. Jason is a leader in the cybersecurity and privacy consulting practice and oversees Ankura’s internal data privacy program. He has extensive experience managing complex cybersecurity investigations and data breach events in a wide variety of industries involving a range of threat actors including malicious insiders, organized criminal operations, and state sponsored groups. In addition, Jason has overseen and led large data risk and privacy compliance consulting matters for global companies facing regulatory challenges arising from the General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, HIPAA, federal and state financial services regulations and other frameworks. Jason also founded and led a Gartner-recognized managed detection and response business providing continuous network security monitoring and threat detection to companies in the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, legal, and technology sectors. Jason has also served as the Chief Privacy Officer for an international technology services firm.

Jamar Haywood
Senior Managing Director

Jamar Haywood is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, based in New York. He has over 20 years of both professional and strategic expertise in the legal and technology field. He has re-engineered and rebranded departments, developed optimal workflows, revised technical protocols, and helped clients control legal spend by leveraging technology. Jamar has extensive experience in providing custom-tailored technical and strategic solutions to meet individual client needs. Jamar has worked at numerous Am Law 100 Law firms, including Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, Wilkie Farr & Gallagher, and Sullivan & Cromwell.
Kevin Noble
Managing Director

Kevin Noble is a Managing Director at Ankura and has experience leading intelligence driven security operations through advances in architecture and data sciences to greatly improve threat detection. Kevin’s current objective is to bind Ankura’s cyber practice of highly cultivated incident response capability with the Managed Detection and Response service.
Kevin has a CISSP and served in the United States Marine Corps, where he gained experience leading into the fields of information security. Kevin is also a National Security Institute Technology Fellow at George Mason University.
Key experiences including working with the Connecticut AG in a multi-state investigating of Google’s collection of unsecured wireless data and research for cyber defense projects cosponsored by Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and; the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Peter Vu

Peter Vu is a Managing Director at Ankura based in Washington, DC with over 32 years of experience in cybersecurity and information systems. Peter leads the Threat Detection Operations Team which conducts security monitoring. He has led multiple proactive and reactive engagements for clients in diverse industries such as healthcare, financial, telecommunication, transportation, education, and government. Peter also designed and delivered highly effective cyber table-top exercises. Prior to joining Ankura, Peter retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after a highly successful 22-year career as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent. Peter specialized in conducting and managing complex, international, and technical cyber investigations, particularly in areas such as computer intrusion, intellectual property crime, Internet fraud, credit card fraud, cyber extortion, crime against children, and cyber national security matters. His investigative efforts have resulted in numerous successful federal prosecutions.
Megan McMahon

Megan McMahon is a Senior Director at Ankura, based in New York. She is an experienced attorney and consultant focused on end-to-end data protection solutions and strategies including privacy and cybersecurity consulting, managed detection and response (MDR), and incident response. In her role, Megan works to bridge the gap between various cross-functional business stakeholders to define, analyze, design, and implement comprehensive data protection solutions with minimal disruption to the business. Within MDR, Megan regularly works with clients to optimize and orchestrate their existing security stack, supplementing with advanced technology to streamline the detection and response process. Megan has experience managing large-scale third-party risk management engagements helping clients identify and rank the risk associated with vendors with access to sensitive information. She also has experience managing GDPR, CCPA, and general compliance engagements for a variety of large, multinational clients, focusing on the interplay between stakeholders in legal, compliance, IT, and security.
Numan Ahmad

Numan Ahmad is a Director at Ankura based in New York. He leads Ankura’s CATCH (Compromise and Advanced Threat Containment Handling) team, which provides Endpoint, Cloud SaaS monitoring, and active threat hunting to detect and contain threats and compromises. The CATCH team responds to a broad array of matters including emerging ransomware tactics and sophisticated cyber attacks.
Davis Dodd

Davis Dodd is a Director at Ankura based out of New York with more than six years of experience in cybersecurity. He leads the Security Operations Center (SOC) team for the 24/7 Managed Detection and Response group, which conducts security monitoring for global clients spanning diverse industries including financial, legal, manufacturing, and transportation, amongst others.
Cesar Cobena

Cesar Cobena is a Director at Ankura based out of Baltimore. He has over 13 years of experience in the cybersecurity, information security, network defense, threat hunting, and incident response fields. Cesar serves as Deputy Director and technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Compromise and Advanced Threat Containment Handling (CATCH) team, which conducts endpoint security monitoring.
Cesar currently investigates cybersecurity related incidents and conducts endpoint monitoring as part of the cybersecurity and incident response team. He has co-led multiple proactive and reactive engagements for clients in diverse industries such as healthcare, financial, education, and government. He has experience managing all aspects of program development and has created several standard operation procedures (SOP) to train and develop new threat hunting engineers.
